We are sometimes our own worst critics. Have fun doing whatever it is that you do. Life is too short to criticize yourself. Sure, we can all learn from our mistakes, and in turn they will help us to be better, to work harder, to perfect our craft, whatever that may be. If someone else is critical of your work, that can be hurtful. But, don’t let it bother you. You are the one who invested the time, you are the one who put brush to paint, the starter on the car, the paperwork for the next big thing. You… Actually… Did it! So while others may have some snarky response or comment, just let it roll off you like water off a duck’s back. And we would all be wise to remember this age old quote by Teddy Roosevelt.
